This is going to sound silly, but use dandruff shampoo, it has an ingredient in it that battles eczema very well, I read it online while looking for a home cure and tried it, it worked, though mine was not severe but it worked for me.
Eucerine cream works really good, you can find it at walmart or any pharmacy, also Aveeno oatmeal bath treatments work really well too, you can also find that at walmart or any pharmacy
well i had eczema so i used this cream called..


hydrocortisone and i put it on a few times a day..


now my hands aren't as dry and they don't hurt!
