I wouldn't say treatments but more of ways to help prevent it and improve it.





Start out by making sure you have soft water rather then hard, hard water is very drying to your skin and when you mix it with eczema, your end result isnt that great.





Use ';free'; laundry soaps and if you use fabric softer..use the free softener by Downy...no dryer sheets though..NONE





Drink lots of water, it will help keep you moisturized from the inside out.





When taking a shower, make it a quick one, try to use clear shampoos, rinse well, and body wash for senstive skin. *Dove works great* Dont use very hot water as thats drying to your skin too.





Shower daily to get all of the allergens off of your body, its best to shower at night time so you dont sleep with those allergens on you





During the day time use a heavy cream *not lotion* maybe MILK products, I prefer to use Vaseline Cream.





At night directly after your shower, pat dry and rub Vaseline on your bad parts.





If your skin is broken out in open cuts and scratches apply Polysporin, I am very specific on this brand because it just seems to work the best..far better then Neosporin





If you need to scratch..scratch backwards so you dont tear your skin so much..or if you can..just rub the itch
