I don't know if adults are that different, but my 2-year-old responds real well to hydrocortisone cream 2%. I just read an interesting NY times article that recommended a light bleach solution to clear the bacteria on the surface of your skin a few times a week. It also said that, contrary to popular belief, bathing regularly with luke warm water is good for eczema, as long as you moisturize immediately after. Also, because it's related to stress, try to get more sleep, get less sun, and try yoga.
