What is a good & safe treatment for infant eczema?

My son had this. Avoid perfumy baby lotions. Try using Lubriderm (that's what the doc gave my son). Also use Ivory soap instead of those other baby soaps as they tend to dry out the skin.What is a good %26amp; safe treatment for infant eczema?

i dont know about using it on a baby but it works for me but i use unsented mary kay satin hands and body hydrating lotion to keep my self from being extra dry and itchy
